About Delphinus

Delphinus Consulting, Inc. was founded in 1998 to provide technological solutions to the business community. It is committed to providing quality services in a timely manner to businesses of all sizes, particularly small and mid-size companies which cannot afford to maintain permanent in-house software development personnel, and are traditionally underserved by the large, established consulting firms.

About our founder

Jim Espaillat has been a computer hobbyist and programmer since the age of fourteen. As a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, he studied neurophysiology before turning his attention to the study of "digital brains", and has been working professionally in the field ever since.

In his spare time, he enjoys model railroading, performing in community theatre, and is a former member of the locally acclaimed a cappella group, Special Delivery.
